Reiki-Infused Relaxation Yoga

This is a slower pace class where we remain connected to the earth, doing very little standing postures. We move slowly and mindfully from one pose to another, using movement with meditations and breath work to guide us deeper into our bodies, relaxing the mind and nervous system. At the end of class there is a special offering of reiki (for those who would like), that entails gentle reiki touch with aromatherapy. All classes have modifications for all levels.
