Yoga is a mind/body/soul practice. “Yoga” “To yoke” the atman and the Brahman, the soul to the divine. This practices teaches us through consistency, commitment, and connection to self, we can open awareness, find balance and inner peace. While working with pranayama (breath work), asana (poses) and meditation practices we gain tools to help us graciously move through life’s challenges with more ease and self-awareness.
Yoga is for everyone no matter where you are in your journey. Whether it is physical, emotional, mental or spiritual healing and growth that is needed, yoga is an excellent guide.
I teach a variety of different types of yoga, with meditation incorporated. From vinyasa flow, to hatha, yin, restorative and reiki infused yoga. One on one classes are great way to have the personal guidance and a focused practice to help aid you in your unique journey. Each class is guided with focus and mindful intentions, placing alignment and safety of students above all else. These classes are open to ALL level making it suitable for yogi’s from beginning to advanced.
